Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, periods of high demand, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS DISCLOSED.
