Shipping policy

STENVER currently ships exclusively within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing may take longer during sales or periods of high demand.

Most orders arrive approximately 2–4 weeks after being placed. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, weather, or customs delays may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking activity may take a short time to appear after the number is issued.

Items within the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.

To request an address change or cancellation, email info@shopstenver.com within one hour of placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
